These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tradaccel ("Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including the security of your password. Notify us promptly at hello@tradaccel.com of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or its data.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the trading data, journal entries, and notes you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Tradaccel a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will never sell Your Content to advertisers or third-party data brokers.
4. Not investment advice
Tradaccel is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing displayed on the Service — including dashboards, calculators, news feeds, or risk recommendations — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence depending on the option you select. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only for clear billing errors.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & Export. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradaccel disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradaccel and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
